Onion Tart

Onion Tart

This onion tart came from a recipe from Orangette. It turned out pretty well, though it's a bit sweeter than I like (even though there's no sugar added): I ended up salting my portion rather generously, which I felt improved the flavor quite a bit.

  2. Oh, it's quite good. The butter-based crust is particularly good. Though, like anything with a pastry crust, it's not exactly health food. :)
